“I was a sports enthusiast as a young man playing sports all year round. It wasn’t until I hit the age of 40 that I made fitness a part of my lifestyle. After a few years in the gym and a tremendous change in my body composition, I wanted to challenge myself more! I joined a CrossFit gym in 2013 and have been doing it ever since. I love the atmosphere and the camaraderie that CrossFit provides. Enthusiastic about how CrossFit changed my life, I sought to help others and began taking classes at ISSA. I have earned a certificate every year since beginning and I will continue to further my education to help my clients meet their goals! House of Fire is my opportunity to provide the same inclusivity and scalability to those who wish to improve their fitness and overall well-being no matter where they are in life.”
